A simple Document Management System (eFile) that allows District, Municipal and Regional assemblies to keep records of Inward and Outward correspondences.
The application also features an chat / messaging system for Officers to communicate and share files between themselves in an organisation.
Future Developments:
- Fee fixing integration
- Statistics on total entries of correspondences in the system using chats
- Show number of users (active) online.
- Display Polls and Rss feeds into the site
- Chat bot for user interaction and advance search.
