I started writing these because I couldn't find a lot of content targeted to technical founders. Most of the resources were for founder CEOs or CTOs at different stages. But it was hard to find first-time CTOs going all the way from MVP to IPO. I talked with many founders and decided to document how my role was evolving over the years.
Just sharing in case you think it can be valuable. I don't want it to make it look like self promotion. No offense if you don't feel these posts fit the repo!
