Local Setup

Consul

docker run -d --name=dev-consul -e CONSUL_BIND_INTERFACE=eth0 -p 8500:8500 -v $PWD/devconsul:/consul/data consul agent -server -ui -bind 0.0.0.0 -client 0.0.0.0 -bootstrap -bootstrap-expect 1

Browse to http://localhost:8500/ on the Key/Value section create a folder named Exemplar , inside the folder create a key named Development with the following JSON value:
