The PR adds missing inline help for the Activate Advanced Mode in the Redirect: Options
Summary of Changes
In the Redirects Options, there is an "Activate Advanced Mode" button, the purpose of which isn't immediately clear.
This PR adds inline help that explains the Advanced Mode button in the Options of the Redirects
