Adding/removing a Git Repository definition needs special role-based permission.

Show Permission within the Process Template defines the right to add/remove Git repositories
- Open the "Manage This Project Area" settings
- Select the "Permissions" point
- Search the "Repository Registration" for the wished role by filtering the Operation to "git":
