The directories inside this repo are organized by:

• books: contains all the Jupyter Notebooks for this thesis
• data: contains the data and the references.
• scripts: contains all the pipelines and workflows for easier execution.

Other stuff

For this thesis I coded a little package to export cells from a Jupyter Notebooks to a latex file. You may find it here
