Install Flood with Docker Compose

Getting Started

1. Create directory for the Flood/rTorrent configuration (assume that is CFG_DIR).
2. Copy the rTorrent configuration file to the CFG_DIR.
3. Edit paths in the environment file.
4. Execute docker compose up --detach
