Deploying IBM Cloud Private on SoftLayer using TerraForm

This Terraform project has been deprecated in favor of Deploying IBM Cloud Private on IBM Cloud using Terraform, which utilizes the newer IBM Cloud Terraform provider.

Previous work for this project is still availablee on the 2.1.X branch, but is provided as-is with no additional support.
