Fix typo and and pass image load errors to callback #50

No uri will be passed to dataUriToBlob(uri) if there is an error loading the image so lets check for that and just pass along the error.

Looks like there is a typo in the onerror image callback that I fixed. Also, when that is invoked it caused dataUriToBlob(uri) to error because uri was not defined.
