Build at Ubuntu 22.04 jammy

In Ubuntu 22.04, some packages required for the build have been changed and deleted.

1. libappindicator3-dev > libayatana-appindicator3-dev
2. qtbase-abi-5-11-3 was deleted

Be sure to upgrade all packages in Ubuntu 22.04 to the latest version before installing the build dependency package.

Otherwise, core packages such as gdm3 and ubuntu-desktop will be removed.

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

It may conflict with the default installed ibus.

Stop or delete the ibus.
