This PR does not include any new features. It's rather an attempt to get the template up to date with the latest changes across the packages used.

  • This PR contains an absolute upgrade to the latest version of all the npm packages.
  • Replacement of the FAKER package with FAKER JS. Due to Marak's issue with GitHub and NPM.
  • Mongoose options configured for support for the latest MongoDB version

  • Ecma Version is Upgraded to 2022
  • Some warnings like mongoose strict query were resolved
  • Packages were upgraded
