send wechat messages under command, use new instance of itchat and auto-reply function.

Instructions

1.RUN "get_message.py" or "python -m get_message.py"script to log in wechat account

2.RUN "send_message.py" with command below:

python send_message.py [remarkname] [messages]

Effections

get and show messages from friends timely, send messages to friends as you like. More functions need to be extended.
