First release since BEIPA was open sourced.

As a patch release, 1.0.1 only includes minor corrections (section reference, grammar, list ordering, use of a definition, formatting); see the agreement diff.

Thanks to @jessla, @kemitchell, and @vollmera for first pointing out the included corrections.

Aside from the agreement itself, rendered convenience formats have been moved out of the repo and added as release assets, and the README/FAQ updated.

For ongoing work, see open issues and a potential v2 direction. Your contributions are most welcome and appreciated!
