To increase the sample rate above once per 18 seconds, one must remove the gas estimate virtual sensors and only sample Temp/Pressure/Humidity/AQI

To increase the sample rate above once per 18 seconds, one must remove the gas estimate virtual sensors and only sample Temp/Pressure/Humidity/AQI.
This change also removes the heater profile for the hand sanitizer sample config, so it does not have a sawtooth temperature/humidity pattern and there are no pauses in the graph from prometheus. The prometheus scrape interval can be set to 3 seconds with no gaps anymore.
