options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-i INPUT_FILEPATH Input file with proxy
-o OUTPUT_FILEPATH Output file with checked proxies
-t THREADS Number of threads (default: 200)
-to TIMEOUT Timeout in seconds
-ca CHECK_ADDRESS Check outgoing address
-cc CHECK_COUNTRY Check proxy country
-jo JSON_FILE_OUTPUT Output in file data json
