LPDM-emulation-trees v1.0

First release (v1.0) of code accompanying paper "A machine learning emulator for Lagrangian particle dispersion model footprints: A case study using NAME" by Elena Fillola, Raul Santos-Rodriguez, Alistair Manning, Simon O'Doherty and Matt Rigby.
Includes files to:

• train cell-by-cell emulators for LPDMs using GBRTs, with a range of options for training parameters (default parameters are from paper)
• emulate footprints using trained models
• plot and evaluate emulated footprints
