Provide address, phone, Email and website of the company that the user want to contact.

I'm not sure I follow what "important" in context here means. if a user wants to embed this within their site, they can do that, and having more elements like this might make it harder to do that (and I think the goal is to keep a simple form as an example; not a full-blown website as an example). |
