Handbook was written in Chinese and was translated into English partly. The English edition will come in the future.
The matlab codes need third party function -natsortfiles function (see http://cn.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34464-customizable-natural-order-sort ) ,and these codes were compiled by Matlab 2016a.
Label maker use third party program : JS Segment Annotator, and you could download it from the link (https://github.com/kyamagu/js-segment-annotator).
