.NET Aspire will no longer publish 9.0-targeted workloads starting from Preview 4, and instead just focus on Aspire 8.x. For this reason, rolling back the aspire baseline manifest used in the SDK to match what is already released, which is the last 9.0-targeted workload that Aspire will ship.
