@Rick-Anderson @tdykstra @wadepickett ... I can only address the Blazor doc (and a couple of the case sensitive remarks around the main doc set) for a few reasons ...

• The entire linux-apache article is based on CentOS, so only knocking out the entire article at 9.0 or updating it completely off of CentOS will work.
• The INCLUDEs versioning is abhorrent to me 🤮😆. I normally steer clear of it to avoid breaking links in prior version content, but here it seems even worse because it's causing a ton of duplicate heading warnings.

I'll take care of the Blazor side of the issue on a new PR that "addresses" the issue without closing it. I'll take up the loss of Apache coverage for standalone Blazor WASM with Dan and Artak this week and see what they want to do ... which OS to run Apache on and how we'll get that Blazor content updated further.
