Optimize near silence injection for FLAC
allow to disable SSDP discovery in the GUI too by setting the SSDP interval to 0.0.

Windows setup and debug/release binaries in assets.

Linux appimage in assets (Ubuntu 20.04 / Debian 11 and up).
