Generate Short Unique IDs from Post IDs.

== Description ==
This plugin generates short unique IDs from post IDs. It uses the [sqids-php](https://github.com/sqids/sqids-php) library to generate the IDs.

== Installation ==
Activate the plugin. Under the Permalinks settings page, you will see a new tag called %sqid%. Use this tag in your permalink structure to generate a short unique ID for each post.
