  1. Created a json config file 

    This should satisfy issue #111.

The config.json file allows the user to define customizations without
the need to use shell arguments.

  2. Added check for shell arguments 

    If the user enters shell arguments the config file is skipped.

Also change the config.json color scheme from monokai to default.
