Context
With existing mentoring/coaching relationships coming to a natural close, I have some space freeing up to help people grow. I'd love to get a mix of new perspectives and insights, perhaps those that aren't in my Microsoft network, and further afield.
This is related to growing people, and is important as part of my own growth in people management. My initial goal is to initiate 3 new relationships by 2023. Following that, I'll have regular check-ins with mentees/coachees on how they feel the experience is. It feels achievable, as I'll be meeting plenty of new people over the coming weeks and months. Had some great interest at recent conferences and meetup groups too. Certainly relevant to the overall career ambition, and seems reasonable from a timing perspective.
