add docker support

Awesome project, thanks so much for your efforts on this. I've just created a Dockerfile and instructions so that this can be easily run in a container.

Given that it's your project, It would be best for you to have ownership of the Docker Hub image. If you do, it will be even easier for people to run. They could just execute the docker run command and it would pull the image, from Docker Hub.

For now, there is an image as spurin/webden:latest but, I'm happy to delete this if you wish to upload your own.
