SYNOPSIS

clo => Common Lisp Only
coding => Encode/Decode the code

Usage

# load to system
# link to the asd or ql path
$> ln -s {clo-operator-path} {asd/ql-path}
# or copy
$> copy {clo-operator-path} {asd/ql-path}

# utf8
