1-Instal Node Packages by
npm Install
2-Start Signaling Server By Node.js
Node SignalingServer\server.js
3-Open Client Index.html on Two Browser tab
Set a Name For Each Client And Call From one of them to Another one By That Name
4-Start Text Chat
