Release v1.0.0

The first official release as it's been several years and the bugs brought forth have been very trivial and small.

This major release contains the following new enhancments:

• SABnzbd Support: Originally worked great from the command line and NZBGet. But now it can additionally be placed in SABnzbd's script directory and be triggered to run as Post Process script there too; (#35). As a result, this script was renamed from nzbget-subliminal to nzb-subliminal to be a little more general.
• Portuguese/Brazilian Language codes supported (#38)

The the following other improvements/bug fixes were made:

• Improved Podnapisi unicode character support (#42)
• Improved Addic7ed unicode character suport (#41)
• TV Year guessing improvements and bulletproofing (#40)
• Updated OpenSSL to newer upstream version (#39)

• .idx/.sub files treated as subtitles already present now (#30)
• can scan library for subtitles using NZBGet via configuration screen (#29)
• Slightly better english embedded scanning support added (#31)
