Refactor: Changed the static text in the majority of keymap data to reference constants
The keymap data was recently updated and maintainability was degraded. The fixes in this pull request refactors the code to reference constants instead. In the future if we want to make a change then we only need to change the data in a single location instead of over 200 unique locations.
This refactor will substantially reduce our maintenance effort by hours per change.
