This PR updates the test URL to http://uri.neuinfo.org/nif/nifstd/nlx_dys_20090602 due to some old ontology classes not being correctly ported to NeuroLex and consequently not to InterLex. Refer to SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology#223 and SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology#124 for more details. This issue will be addressed in the next version of InterLex.
