Before merging, we first have to update the pinned versions of wbuild, FRASER and OUTRIDER. For this we have to wait to get #47892 merged and build. Then we have to add wbuild according to this one here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48128029/installing-specific-build-of-an-anaconda-package to get the build number pinned as we need to ensure that snakemake<8 will be installed.

@c-mertes FRASER and wBuild are bumped to new versions: #48024 and #48006
OUTRIDER is ready to be merged now: #47659 --> Please review and merge!
Once outrider is also bumped to the new version, DROP can be bumped too.
