Summary of feature

Add something that reminds folks to run createdb pinbored to set up the project

Implementation details

Add it to setup.py or README.md. Thoughts?

@debugleader Are you asking if this project is still active or if this issue is still open? I believe this issue is still open, I haven't put time into maintaining this project in a while though 😬

I can add it to README, but can you tell me the full command that a user needs to run? Because I don't know how your program works. @atrnh
