Window range - corner case of offset equals to window size

in a window range

Curently a query with an upper or lower offset same as the window size throws a NPE
This PR handles this corner case and examples are added

I think there is no reason to fix these issues - replacing the rows based logic with the range based one will fix all these issues; and will be more likely more robust in the long term
