t-SNE 2D plot with images

This function plots images given (x₁,x₂) coordinates. It can be used to plot n-dimensional embeddings reduced to 2D with t-SNE for visualization purposes.

Example

This example uses the images from "imgs" folder. It plots 3 virus types with a diferent color for each virus.
