Version 1
The SmartNode is a daemon which runs on a seed's computer, allocating disk space to various torrents in Academic Torrents intelligently. A settings file contains a set of collections of allowed torrents.
Version 1 will:
- Read from the set of allowed collections from a settings file
- Be able to query the Academic Torrents API for which torrents are in a collection
- Download and seed all allowed torrents
