XeRay

Matlab GUI for total reflection x-ray fluorescence measurements on layered surfaces

Usage

• For raw spectra, type XeRayGUI(), or x = XeRayGUI() to start.
  • You can also sepcify one or more files to load within the parameters of XeRayGUI, such as XeRayGUI(file), or XeRayGUI(fileCellArray).
• For integrated spectra, type XeRayGUI2(), XeRayGUI2, or x = XeRayGUI2() to start.

Systems

• Tested for air/liquid, and liquid/liquid surfaces
• Should work for all kinds of flat layered structures
