ADD: add view attrs to the recycler view to enable changing refresh header and loadMore footer txt and icon colors.
new features like enabling changing the text and icon colors of the refresh header and footer views

as myself, I was using the library and I couldn't find any easy way to change these colors so I added methods to change the icon and text colors of the refresh header and load more views
also added XML tags for these methods.
