EME 3.2.1 is intended for geospatial metadata authors that need to create records that meet Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Open Data Policy requirements. EME v3.2.1 maintains the FGDC CSDGM schema that was present in previous versions while including minor updates to ensure minimal OMB compliance.
