This adds a button to toggle between advanced and simple view. In simple view infrequently used options are hidden from the user.

This adds a button to toggle between advanced and simple view. In simple view infrequently used options are hidden from the user.
We are moving our source control to Git from SVN using TortoiseGit as our primary tool on windows. We
have many artists who vary greatly in technical knowledge and as such had a request to simplify the appearance of the commit dialog. I have made this as unobtrusively as possible, please let me know if you think this is appropriate for the main release (we are keen to adapt any changes we make upstream in a way that is acceptable to you) and whether you have thoughts and concerns about the implementation.
