  1. Add support for ANSI colored/styled text 

    Add a `--ansi` option that leverages rich `Text.from_ansi` method.

This can be useful for stripping a file from ansi codes:
```
rich --ansi text_with_ansi_codes.txt > text_stripped.txt
```
