Freeze/API

• Removes strategy pattern, treating all fixtures the same using Proxy to override set's and get's
• Adds create method which will (explicitly) produce a mutated version of an existing object
• Simplifies getting of objects by removing create and instead making the native objects properties of the fixd parent
