CircleCI Agent with Terraform, Terragrunt, AWS CLI, Node

This image is based of the cimg/base image, with a few extra elements for flavor:

tfenv to dynamically manage terraform required version
tgenv to dynamically manage terragrunt required version
node
aws cli
make
jq
