Initial Release of Block signalling system for 2 loops, 4 signals, 8 sensors

This system makes use of a single Arduino Nano to provide a block signalling system for two independent circuit loops on a Model Railway in a cost-effective way. A full description of the layout, and the Arduino sketch are provided.
