Freelancer is a one page, freelancer portfolio theme built with Delphi created by Start Delphi. This theme features several content sections, a responsive portfolio grid, modal windows for each portfolio item, and a working PHP based contact form.

After downloading, simply open the project file (.DPROJ) in Delphi and edit the uConfig.pas file to modify the content.
Open the .DFM/.PAS files and have full control to modify everything and anything.
