Configure Renovate
scripts/render-scss.js will now create dist/css/styles.css and dist/css/styles.min.css with it defaulting to the minified css when linking the stylesheet.

This essentially updates Bootstrap to v5.3.3, and all dependencies/dev-dependencies to their latest available versions. I've included a CHANGELOG.md file that should hopefully cover everything.
I feel I should note:
The world of NPM, Sass, Bootstrap, et. al is new to me. I've always just been a PHP grunt, and that is how I found this theme to begin with, as I want to use it for a project of mine. Then I suppose I just kinda went down the rabbit hole. :) I say that to say this: there may be some details I missed, so I wouldn't mind someone giving a good look over.
