Built-in StackStorm Packs

• Add tests (and possibly find and fix a few bugs) in the linux pack

Exchange Packs

• Add a traceroute action to stackstorm-networking_utils
• Add a traceroute alias to stackstorm-networking_utils

StackStorm CI/CD Packs

• Remove enterprise tasks from st2ci and st2cd workflows (st2_upgrade_to_enterprise, etc.) from st2ci pack
• Move git_clone, create_vm_role, create_vm_windows, st2_get_installed_version, st2_e2e_tests, destroy_vm out of st2cd pack and into st2ci pack
• Convert the git-related tasks to use the stackstorm-git pack in the st2ci and st2cd packs
