DATA ANALYTICS IN HUMAN RESOURCES

Objective : To predict eligibility for an employee to be promoted or not.

Approach : Processed the necessary data to perform data analysis. Applied analytical techniques such as the Descriptive statistics, predictive Modelling to the data to extract insights which answers the business requirements. Used Sampling techniques to balance the data. Employee promotion was predicted using various classification models and were evaluated based on the best metrics.

Best Model : XGBoost Classifier with F1 score of 0.79

Tools & Techniques Used : Python, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques for Classification models.
