As from v1.0.0 release note:

Rename to Suwayomi

We've had the rename in the works for a while, we wanted to have a better branding. Tachidesk doesn't actually make sense, its a mix of 2 languages, and Tachi means standing. We ended up deciding on Suwayomi, which is a shorthand for Suwariyomi (sitting reading).

• Update to version 1.0.0.
• Update urls since project renamed.
• Fix checkver.
• Add new script for new launcher, remove deprecated scripts.
• Rename to suwayomi-server.

Relates to Suwayomi/Suwayomi-Server#795.

tachidesk-jui

Rename to Suwayomi-JUI (as per 0a00f74).

• Update to version 1.3.3.

• Update urls since project renamed.

• Fix checkver.

• Rename to suwayomi-jui.

• I have read the Contributing Guide.
