使用方式

通过office在模板中插入目录，然后选中目录并将目录删除，此操作只为了在每个标题埋入书签（插入的目录不删除也可以但是我发现目录会影响一些插件的渲染例如动态表格）
模板中在要生成目录的位置插入字符 $toc$ 然后在模板最后的位置在插入{{toc}}和插件进行绑定（模板最后位置插入{{toc}}进行绑定只是为了让插件最后运行，因为我没有找到控制插件执行顺序的方法）
