VLSMistique-2.0.0.0

VLSMistique has now been ported to MAUI. This is the latest release from the Microsoft store, meaning it is missing the IP-Validation fix.

1. Download the MSIXbundle from here
2. Download with winget: winget intall 9NJWP0N012LW
3. Download it directly from the microsoft store:

The previous VLSMCalculator has been replaced with VLSMistique, which is an updated version with new branding and implemented CommunityToolkit.MVVM, MicaWPF and ModernWPF.

To install, download the zip, press keep and put it in your C:\Users\[username] and make a desktop shortcut. There is no installer currently due to switching installer projects.
